Cartoon Forum and the Cartoon events
Cartoon, the European animation association, runs the pitching forums where European animated series and features find co-producers, broadcasters and distributors. Projects must come from a producer based in a Creative Europe MEDIA country (Creative Europe MEDIA) — UK main producers are not eligible — and be at least 50% produced in Europe. One project per company per event.

Annecy and MIFA
The Annecy International Animation Film Festival runs 13–19 June 2027. MIFA, its market, publishes its 2027 dates and MIFA Pitches call later; the last pitch call took shorts, features, TV series and specials, and immersive projects.
In Togra
All of these sit in the shared festivals and markets catalogue, tagged for animation, with their deadlines in the deadline strip and the reminders bell. Log a pitch at any of them against the project, and record the co-producers you meet as parties in the closing room. See Animation funding in Ireland for the Irish money that usually sits alongside a Cartoon co-production.
